How do I add or edit a document?

  1. Log in to your account on CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or ListingManager.costar.com
  2. In the menu on the left corner, select Marketing Centre
  3. Click the listing you would like to edit
  4. To add new brochures and other documents:
    1. Scroll down until you see Brochures & Other Documents
    2. Click Manage Documents
    3. Click Add Brochures & Other Documents
    4. Select the document(s)
    5. Click Open
    6. Click Done
  5. To add new property photos, floor plans, and videos:
    1. Scroll down until you see Property Photos, Floor Plans, & Videos
    2. Click Manage Attachments
    3. Click Add Photos, Floor Plans, & Videos
    4. Select the document(s)
    5. Click Open
    6. Click Done


Note:

You have the option to either upload photos from your computer or images from the CoStar library.

For property for lease: you can add brochures and attachments to either the space or the property level.

For condos: Documents can only be added at the unit level
